Kathryn is our practice co-ordinator who works in both our Carlton and Footscray rooms. With experience in all areas of our practice, Kathryn ensures compliance with all requirements and keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring that our practice continues to move forward.
Kathryn relishes being part of a professional team which focuses on providing high quality care for women.
Grace is a welcome addition to our team who works in our Carlton rooms. It’s Grace's cheery voice you hear on the other end of the line when you call our practice. Grace assists our patients by scheduling bookings and gets everything organised before and after your appointment.
Grace is new to the medical field and enjoys the patient interaction she has with the women of our practice.
What to bring to your first appointment with Dr Myers
- Referral letter
- Relevant test results including pap smears, blood tests and ultrasoud
- New Patient Registration Form
- Any questuions you may have for Dr Myers
How to follow up on your test results
It’s our policy not to give test results over the phone, so – unless we let you know otherwise – you’ll need to make an appointment to discuss them with Dr Clare.
This is best to do at the time of your test.
If your results suggest you’ll need an earlier appointment, we’ll be in touch.
Getting there - transport and parking
Carlton Consulting Rooms
The Carlton rooms are centrally located at 54 Elgin Street, on the Canning St bike route.
They are close to Brunswick St, Lygon St and Melbourne University.
There are unmetered parks available on both Elgin Street and Canning Street. There is also metered parking in Macarthur Place (see map).
The rooms are easily accessible by public transport.
The number 96 tram that runs on Nicholson St (from East Brunswick to St Kilda Beach) is 200m from the rooms. As is the Rathdowne Street bus - number 250 and 251.
These rooms are a short walk from the Melbourne University tram superstop.
Footscray Consulting Rooms
The Footscray rooms are located at 60 Eleanor Street.
Eleanor Street runs between Barkly Street and Ballarat Road, and runs parallel with Gordon Street.
60 is approx half way along Eleanor Street.
Prominent landmarks - Footscray Private Hospital & Footscray Public Hospital Outpatients are both in Eleanor Street.
Small car park located at front of rooms. Also paid public carparks located within walking distance.
Regular bus services stop outside Footscray Public Hospital in Gordon Street.
82 Tram stops at corner of Ballarat Road and Gordon Street. This tram runs between Footscray Train Station and Moonee Ponds via Highpoint Shopping Centre.
West Footscray Railway Station is closest train station.
Williamstown Consulting Rooms
The Williamstown rooms are located at 95 Victoria Street.
Coming from Ferguson Street / Melbourne Road end:
- Through the round about at Station Road
- Cross railway line and turn first left at Rifle Club Hotel into Victoria Street.
95 is on the right hand side, corner of Winifred Street.
Coming from Kororoit Creek Road end:
- Don’t cross the railway line.
- Turn right into Victoria Street just before railway line.
Plenty of free on street parking.
Victoria street is close to North Williamstown Train Station.
